As guests arrive to witness Jessie and Andrew’s wedding, the bride and groom prepare just before they all walk down the aisle. If you look closely you’ll recognize Hetal and Samir once again in another wedding this year! Jessie was one of Hetal’s bridesmaids over 6 years ago.
Jessie shows Andrew’s mom the generational rings on her bouquet. A sentiment that is very touching and loving.
After everyone else walks down the aisle, Jessie and her dad link arms and take a few glances at each other as he is about to give away his baby girl. I love how she looks at him with a large radiant smile.
I love it when we notice that when valves are made during weddings we catch a few couples snuggling up themselves, probably thinking about the day they said I do to each other.
Jessie was all smiles, except for the time that she left at something funny deficient said or something Andrew said in his vows.
I love that Josh looked out the window and captured the perfect day! Through the window you could see the sun peeking through the leaves of the trees shining down its rays and warmth.
It was so beautiful how Jessie and locked her gaze on dangerous as she spoke the promises as she slipped the ring on his finger.
It’s not everyday that you get to see two mothers of three of our brides.
After the wedding ceremony we got to take some portraits while guests walk down to the Brunswick Ballroom. Once everyone was settled and we finished taking pictures in front of the fireplace, we had the street all to ourselves! Jesse and Andrew got to walk down 4th Street of Tonganoxie as husband and wife hand in hand. And then before entering for their grand entrance they get to sneak in another kiss as a newlywed couple.
Their cake was lovely! I love the delicate details of the flowers garnished with babybreath. I don’t know why we love doing this, but Josh and I always think it is cute to take a picture of the cake after it has been cut by the bride and groom. It almost has a sentiment has this is a very first thing the couple tackle together as newlyweds.
The first dance is always something beautiful. I love it how Josh could always capture amazing emotions during these dances. And of course we love capturing fun moments during the open dance floor.
Before leaving, we were able to capture some night time portraits of Jessie and Andrew. I love the juxtaposition of them in the night with the occasional car driving behind them creating a spotlight, highlighting their love for each other. We are so happy for Jessie and Andrew for choosing each other. We wish them the best in all their endeavors in life.
